Meet the Doctors

doctor michael and doctor katie, chiropractors vineland nj Dr. Michael Sarnoff founded The Good Life Family Chiropractic Centre in January 1999.  A native of Vineland, Michael always knew he would bring his passion to help others back to his hometown.

Michael graduated Vineland High School in 1990 and continued his education at Widener University where he received his degree in Business Management Marketing. He then decided to shift gears towards natural health, and chose to attend Life University of Chiropractic in Marietta, Georgia. After graduating in June 1998, Michael immediately attended the first of NINE Master Piece Training Camps (MPTC)  in Durango, Colorado.  The camp's premise was "Who you are as a person precedes who you are as a Chiropractor."  The development of his mind and skills lead him to become an instructor at the camps.  Michael was soon speaking and teaching adjusting all over the United States.

Each time he would return from his journeys, he would implement something new in his practice, which is mostly filled with children and families .  Michael also went to Brazil three times with his colleagues on a mission trip to serve Chiropractic to the masses.  They would see thousands of people within a weeks time.  "I thought we were going to serve the Brazilians but we were the ones who received the real gifts.  Their gratitude and Love was overwhelming", Michael explains.

Dr. Katie is originally from Royal Oak, Michigan.  She graduated from Alma College where she excelled in soccer and basketball.  Katie met Michael when she attended Masterpiece Training Camp in CO in 2001, while she was in her final year at Life University and he was teaching. After graduating in 2002, she moved to Vineland. She initially opened up a beautiful office in Marlton, NJ called "Soulshine" but decided to close it in 2003 when it was time to get married and start a family (they now have two healthy and athletic teenage boys).

After 9-11, Michael and Katie went to Ground Zero and were able to adjust the first responders. "It is a scene that I will never forget.  I was grateful to give to the people who have gone through the unthinkable", he recalls.

In 2003 they moved their practice to The Cafe of Life Wellness Center in Vineland, a first of it's kind in the heart of South Jersey, where they are currently practicing today. Katie and Michael are both very passionate about medical freedom, natural childbirth, and holistic nutrition and love taking care of pregnant women, babies, children and athletes.
